Do you work with clients all across Quebec?
Yes — it's actually our specialty. Because we're 100% virtual, we serve Montreal just as well as Saguenay, Sept-Îles or the regions. Everything goes through our secure portal, by email or by phone. On request, we also support clients elsewhere in Canada.
How does it actually work remotely?
Very simple: (1) you book a free 30-minute consultation; (2) we recommend a plan suited to your situation; (3) you receive your login to the secure portal; (4) you upload your documents (PDFs, photos, screenshots — everything is accepted); (5) we process your file and you receive your reports ready to sign. No travel required.
Are my documents and information secure?
Absolutely. All communications with our portal are encrypted (HTTPS / TLS 1.3). Our servers are hosted in certified data centres. Access to your data is strictly limited to the people working on your file. We comply with Quebec's Law 25 and the federal PIPEDA. See our privacy policy for details.
Do you accept new clients year-round?
Yes for general services (small-business plans, advisory, financial education). For personal taxes, we accept new files up to 2 weeks before the CRA deadline (usually mid-April). For corporate returns (T2/CO-17), we accept files all year long depending on your fiscal year-end.
How long does it take to prepare a tax return?
For an individual, expect 5 to 10 business days once we've received all your documents. For a corporate return (T2/CO-17), 10 to 15 business days. During peak season (March–April), turnaround may be slightly longer. We always give you a precise timeline right from the start.
What happens if the CRA or Revenu Québec has questions?
We support you. If a tax authority requests clarification on a return we prepared, we draft the response with you, at no additional charge (within reason). For complex cases requiring formal representation, we refer you to a partner tax specialist.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans (small business) can be cancelled with 30 days' notice, with no fees or penalty. You keep access to your historical documents on the portal. See our terms of use for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (Interac), credit card (via secure payment link) and pre-authorized debit for monthly plans. For businesses, we also accept EFT transfers. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice.
